I have a Razer Deathstalker essential and some keys are not working

the following keys are not working on my deathstalker.

q w e
a s
z x
Any clue as to why? A while ago i had a problem with the b key and there was a short in the cord. so i cut it out and repaired it. as i was re installing the software everything was working. now after the install these keys are not.
Any tips on where to start?

Make sure you have the latest driver(s) for your keyboard as well as sifting through the Razer Synapse application to make sure you do not have any keys disabled or configured weirdly.

Try re-installing Synapse and completely uninstalling it form your computer.

Go to devices and printers and uninstall the deathstalker there too.

Then plug back in, let windows install its drivers then install synapse.

I actually had the same problem, it turned out to be a faulty keyboard to i RMA'd it and got a new one and it works great for me. Since you already screwed with it, i assume it won;t be returnable to replaceable.

I think it is past its one year warranty anyways
