Question I have a startup process called 3 - - - what is it ?

Right-clik in the area where "Nombre/Editor/Estado/Impacto de ini..." is written,
enable column Command line or whatever it is called in Portugese ('Linha de comando" - probably).
That will show you name and path of program being called.

"3" - doesn't seem to be a functional startup task.
Delete it from registry.

Open regedit,
navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
find entry "3" and delete it.

"d655729e-1424-..." - doesn't seem to be a functional task either. Delete it also.
