I have an Acer Aspire what would happen if i would restore it to factory setting

I am needing to restore my computer back to factory settings and it did not come with disk to do restore. Can I do a factory restore to my Acer Aspire without restore disks or not?

It should have a restore partition on the hard drive. You can check the Acer web site for instructions: http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/home
Have you created a system restore disk? If not you might want to see how to do that on your particular model. If you have trouble doing this, provide the model number of your computer and I'll see what I can find.
