I have an assassin's creed rogue problem.

I have installed Assassin's Creed Rogue CODEX,obviusly cracked.For a problem i have uninstalled the game,the problem was i delete a game file and the game it did not work.I have reinstalled the game and it no more starts.What should I do to solve it?
