I have an HP Pavilion and the sims 3 doesn't recognize my video card what can i do?

I just bought a new HP Pavilion touchsmart laptop with an 1.8GHz AMD Quad-Core A4-6210 APU
8GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 DIMM)
AMD Radeon R3 graphics with up to 2048MB total graphics memory
1TB 5400RPM hard drive
I can load my sims 3 but it tells me my video card isnt recognizable .
is there ANY way i can fix this ?!
