No. If usually not experiencing ESDs in you room, when touching metallic objects, then there's no need for extra measures. Just avoid touching metallic components on the motherboard. IS the board already installed and running, or waiting for components?

computer is already up im using it now

i just need to take out my old cpu cooler and put in the new one

when gaming, 40-58
when rendering 89-98
which is the rwason^
WHy im buying a better cooler
the temps when rendering sky rocket as its 100% load
i tried reseating heatsink and better artic silver paste.. made a different to every else BUT rendering.

so thats why im getting the noctua
