Trying to run Call of Duty BO6 on my ASUS TUF F15 and I'm running into this issue.

Specs are,
I7 11370H
RTX 3070 8G
24Gb 3200 ram
240hz screen

latest drivers and windows updates.
Devise has a fresh version of windows aswell so no malware or anything.

Also, i googled this issue and they recommended two things, one was go into setting on windows and under graphics, pick your application and set it to high performance which should then use the GPU instead of the CPU, the other thing was to go into Nividia control center and under global settings, set a performance setting the high performance aswell. both of these things i did but they have not seen a better result.

Also fans seem to work fine too.
I did a Cinebench test on my GPU and scored a 8184 which i think is pretty good.

So i am trying to figure out, is this normal for laptops? Is this game that much of a power Hog? is there a setting that i just haven't enabled?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Is this issue confined to only one (game)title? Where did you source the installer for the game? Check to see if your laptop is pending any BIOS updates.

Devise has a fresh version of windows aswell so no malware or anything.
So you installed the OS in offline mode, to later install all drivers relevant to your laptop in an elevated command afterwards while disconnected from the www?

Thanks for the response.

Yes it is. This is the only title on the laptop currently. It was downloaded from windows store.

In terms of the bios update, How to i check if i need a Bios update? I'm assuming its not just through the windows update tab in settings.

Well the laptop was reset through settings and then i set it up again like you would normal set up a new windows laptop or pc. I did download and install the latest GPU driver but maybe i need another driver aswell?

so upon further inspection, Bios is at the latest version and all drivers are up to date. I used the myAsus app to achieve this. Unless this app does not provide a reliable service, all drivers are up to date.

So i am kind've at a loss to what the issue is.
Any more help would be appreciated. Even if they are just suggestions on things to try.

Edit:
When i go into settings under advanced display options and go into display adapter properties, the Gpu selected is the Integrated GPU from the Processor. Is this correct? Can i change it so the primary GPU is the 3070? I'm thinking my issue is somehow related to that.

So even more info to this, When i go into device management and disable the integrated Graphics under display adapters, the whole game is slow and lags. i can barely even launch it. After this happened i began the question that maybe my GPU is faulty. I then ran anther couple different benchmarks and am getting excellent scores compared to other 3070s so think that answers if my GPU is faulty. I also checked in game settings and it says it is using the 3070 with no option to even select the integrated GPU, so again, i am at a loss of what could be wrong.
