You haven't said what your specific "recording issue" is (too vague) is so I've made an intelligent guess that you can't write to them.

If it is able to write to M-Disc media, it should have M-Disc logo printed on the front of the drive.

No logo means it can read M-Disc media but cannot write to it.

Also, manufacturers specs page makes no mention of M-Disc compatibility at all:
