Title pretty much sums it up.

Windows is infact installed in HDD since i bought it with preinstalled windows 10 and later inserted an m.2 sata ssd.

Solution
no they won't.
If its on something slower, how can it be faster?
If you use something like STEAM you can transfer them over easily by creating a new folder using the STEAM program, same for anything else like Blizzard, etc.

Whatever is installed on the SSD will be faster, mostly.
Whatever has to interact with the OS on the HDD will still be at HDD performance.
