No idea. Depends on your budget, your preferences, what you intend to build, etc. You didn't really give us anything to judge based on; it's like me simply asking "should I replace a Subaru?"

You cannot see any of the frames without a higher refresh monitor.

Your parts are a fine 1080p/60 build, but not much more than that. Unless the monitor is too small or missing a connector, I don't think you'll get a huge benefit from an upgrade.
