An unbranded PSU is almost never recommended and could very easily be causing this issue. Is there anything on the PSU, even a voltage chart?

What is your budget for a new PSU, assuming this one is junk?

Nope there is no chart on the psu and my budget is 20$

Unfortunately, that's not a realistic budget; PSUs you actually want to run a discrete GPU on start at about $50 now. You'll occasionally see a decent budget PSU dip below $50, but there aren't many sales going on at the moment.

Again, that's not realistic. Hopefully, you have a CPU with integrated graphics so you can at least use your PC for now without the GPU installed.

You can try to keep running the PC, but given that you have some horrid junk in there, I'd be prepared to be replacing a lot more than just the PSU in this case.
