I have apu a10 7850k and no gpu

I have apu 7850k processor 8 gb of 2133 mhz of ram but no gpu.
Can my processor with integrated r7 graphics will be able to run gta 5 at low settings.

Yes. It would even be better than that at 720p.

Your APU+RAM and system can handle most games at 720p with quite playable frame rates. You might have to tweak the image settings some to get the best experience but it is quite doable.
