Thank you so much for quick response ChumP
Actually someone told me my motherboard is very old category so, it is not supported those cards.
i have 1 query in my mind.
why would you suggest me "R7 250x 1gb Gddr5 > it has 1 GB"
What about this "Zotac NVIDIA GeForce GT730 4GB DDR3 > it has 4 gb"

and you sure that "R7 250x 1gb Gddr5" Support to my mother board it has 41 Chipest

I'm sure that your motherboard will support it , because I had a G33 chipset motherboard working with a GTX 760 (much powerfull card). Anyway , to run a card you need just the PCIe x16 slot and that's it.
The amount of VRAM does not matter at this price point, because you won't play on crazy resolutions.
The AMD card has GDDR5 and it's better on every aspect (Core Clock , GFlops, GPixels etc.) except the amount of VRAM which is needed at much higher resolutions as 1080p, 1440p or 4k.
Look at this : http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GeForce-GT-730-vs-AMD-R7-250X/m12582vsm8719 - shows you that the R7 250X has almost 2x better performance than that GT 730.

You can't even compare these 2 cards because the R7 250X is a gaming card while the GT 730 is not meant for gaming due to its low performance
