No. Your gpu doesnt support dx 11. You must upgrade your gpu to have decent gaming experience with todays game titles.

Sounds like you're on a tight budget my friend. Check out a GTX 1050 ti, you can get a 4gb model (DO NOT GET A 2GB CARD) for $150. For $50 bucks more you can get a GTX 1060 3gb, even though the 1060 3gb has one less gigabyte of vram it still performs about 35% better framerate wise. What is your budget? If you have enough money or are interested in upgrading that is.
