Question I have CL16 RAM but CPU-Z shows I have only 18 clocks, not 16 ?

Then there must be an error somewhere because my ram box literally says PVS416G320C6 which is CL16

Probably it was open box or used. You have PVS416G360C8 module there.

Anyway - usually 3600mhz CL18 ram can run in 3200mhz CL16 mode as well.
You just have to adjust DRAM settings in BIOS manually.

But why are you so stressed about CL value?
It would be more important to worry about your ram running in single channel mode.

For optimal configuration you need two ram modules running in dual channel mode.
CL16 vs CL18 is not nearly as important.

I'm worried because i just ordered another 3200mhz cl16 patriot viper, and from what i've heard mixing different specs wouldn't be optimal.

Yes, bad.
Latency settings are too aggressive.

Set latencies to 18-22-22-42 and retest.
Tried to change the first one only to 16 and the last one to 36, the result is 0 errors
The majority of errors comes from tRP being 18
Setting it to auto and tRCD to 18 gave me 1 error
What should i place tRP and tRCP to while CAS is 16 and tRAS is 36?

You could try 16-20-20-40.
See, if that passes memtest.
Just tried 16-19-19-36 and it worked with 0 errors
and i have no idea how did i get 2 rams from 2 different stores and it's supposed to be 3200mhz cl16 for both and it appears to be 3600mhz in memtest86
The problem have to be from the main distributor
Anyway, thanks for the help!
