Question I have created a GPO to create a URL Shortcut on Desktop but it is not working

Dear Support,

I have created a URL Shortcut GPO to create a URL based shortcut on desktop but it's not working on old Profiles. Kindly guide me why is it not working for Old User Profiles. I have logged-on with new Profiles on the system and the policy gets applied successfully without any problem.

How created and how implemented?

Have the "old user" profiles been compared to "new user" profiles? Any differences?

Are your user profiles set to mandatory?

If not, there's your problem.
