I have created homegroups on both of my computers therefore I can not enter the password because both have created one.

So how do I get rid of one that I created so I can enter the password from one computer to the other?

Just delete (leave) the homegroup on one machine and then join that machine to the other existing homegroup using the password from the other computer. All of that can be done in the homegroup control panel.
