You need to use 7-Zip to extract the files, which should include a .exe file.

Very few actual drivers are distributed as zip files. Where did you get those drivers from?

Also, very few optical drives (CD/DVD/Bluray) require specific drivers, the generic Windows drivers work just fine.

Just be careful that something other than drivers is in the zip archive.
