i have fintek PLL chip. how 2 do overlocking with it

i have fintek PLL chip. my pll is " f71868ada212labcox700 " and motherboard is msi 7641 and processor is AMD FX 4300 and gpu is gtx 650ti boost...my question is how can i overclock now with this fintek pll as its not supported by any of the overclocking tools.i tried all soft it snot listed there and also used ntune and amd overdrive non of them work for me.. i found a tool "setPLL"

I've never seen that PLL before..
I think you have a Realtek PLL
There should be overclocking options in the BIOS..
hit delete or f2 when the computer is booting.
or you can download setfsb and it will be one of the "RTM" PLLs
