As I understand your post the GTX1080 does not work in your H610 but does work in another older computer - correct?

More needs to be known about the problem.

Are there any error messages or codes, any beeps, any lit (or unlit LED's).

Did you use the same monitor and video cable?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List all attached peripherals.

Wired or wireless network?

use a single ddr4 slot, start the pc, if it continues giving an error, turn it off, remove that ddr4 ran module and change it for another, try again but do not use 2 ddr 4 simultaneously until you get it to start. If you get POST, THAT'S WHEN YOU TEST AGAIN WITH THE 2 DDR4... IF A DDR4 MODULE FALLS AGAIN, IT IS BAD.

If this fails, try the same method as above with another PSU...not to mention that the PSU to motherboard cables must all be connected and not to be confused with the GPU cables. Generally it is an ATX 12v motherboard.
