I have installed directx 10 but still i am getting an error

i have installed directx 10 but still i am getting an error i am using win 2k8 server os -32 bit
i tried to play igi 2

help me out from this

bro NFS MOSTWANTED is working fine

IGI is asking direct x 8.1 or higher to be installed i did ver 10 even then it is not working

by default one gaming dll is not there i got it from google

Even if the server version of windows will work, and you have the proper DX version installed, you still need a video card that meets the requirements as well. What is your video card?

is it a DLL missing from the game or does it specifically mention for DirectX? make sure you get the latest run-time installer for DirectX off Microsofts webpage and run it, it will make sure all DLL's and other files are installed properly, if you still get the error you may have to manually get the DLL file that it says is missing and place it in the System32 folder or game folder.

You Have to enable directPlay to run IGI 2, i myself running IGI 2 on windows 8.1 x64, without enabling directplay i get same error message.

Enable DirectPlay:

go to controlpanel then Uninstall a program, then turn windows features on or off, when new window opened click and expand Legacy Components, tik DirectPlay and click ok. restart your System.
