I have msi 970 Gaming motherboard

Out of no where my temperature went down to 9.c I know it's wrong but why does it says that my bios says the same thing and I have the fx 8350

i did and checked it .it show my motherboard has two temp for cpu one is 19c and the other is 40c idle and on the cpu it shows as 10c
