Question I have no power when pressing power button on PC. Power button LED lights up and I/O panel RGB Shroud lights up. Currently flashing bios to newest

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900x
GPU: RTX 3080
PSU: Corsair RM850
Case: NZXT h510 Elite

Ensured that all power cables are properly seated, haven't tried jumping the mobo as i'm not sure how to do it properly.
