I have one disk but it says Disk 0 and 1

When i go to disk management it says "disk 0 : Packard bell D
And disk 1 : Packardbell C
I only have one disk and i wanted to format it so partion C became bigger.
Now i cant delete Partion D¨Because it acts like there are 2 different disks! PLEASE HELP
