i have pc specs given below

Win 8 64bit
4gb ram
ATI radeon hd 5450 2gb
I dont think the card is really working it shows no improvement , games still slow ,and the whole system is not working properly after installing this card ,(I did installed the driver )
Any 1 plzz fetch me a solution for this

What card did you have before this card? what games are you playing?

Also that card is not really suitable for any type of higher end gaming, it just won't keep up. If you recently brought it return it and use some extra money to buy an r7 250 or 260.

Also what is your PSU?
