Question I have problem with my GPU please help me

I have a laptop msi gt72vr domonator pro with GTX 1070 and I7 6700HQ my gpu use only 20 % on games and cpu use 85%

Looking good. That hardens the idea that CPU heavy games will get bottlenecked by your CPU, while your GPU is staying mostly idle.

You can try increasing the resolution in game to put more load on your GPU. Gives the CPU more time to breathe.
Also you can turn off or lower CPU heavy graphics options, like Post-Processing, Draw Distance (Render Distance), Foliage, Population density, etc.
You can also try lowering PhysX, but normally your GPU should handle that anyway.

while doing the benchmark I put every thing to ultra (I will try to do the benchmark in my 49inch monitor (it will put more load in the gpu I think.

Do that in one of the games you had the troubles with (90% CPU, 20 % GPU usage). Lower some of the above settings and increase resolution.

the game I have trouble with is fortnite ( before I was get more than 160 fps now can't stay above 100 fps it's go up and down so quick, like from 50 to 80 fps

while playing BioShock Infinite my GPU use 99% and CPU use 47% 110 fps min - max 157 fps
