I have r9 270 xfx 2gb GPU will a 144hz 1080p monitor work on it?

i will be ONLY playing Counter Strike Global Offensive and right now on 1080p everything is maxed out i get 180 ~ 200 fps what about 144hz monitor will it be enough?

Seeing as a 144htz screens native refresh rate is 144fps & your getting more than that minimum then yes mate,without a doubt.
