I have restarted my hp laptop and now it is not starting

I m 19 years old and my laptop is not starting after restart the model is hp pavalian pc please tell me how should I start my laptop

Can you expand on "restart" pelase? Do you mean you restarted instead of shutting down and now it won't come back up?

If so, press the power button down for ten seconds to turn the machine off. Remove the battery then press power for ten seconds to drain what's known as the flea power.

Then try to start the laptop again and see what happens.
