I have sennheiser hd598 and what soundcard should I need?

I have done a lot of research before I bought it, a lot of people say it's good at playing game but it's not. It has terrible bass and doesn't provide positional sound. I'm just disappointed because I have tried Logitecg G35 of my friend which is much better at playing video games. Anyway this headphone is very good at listening to music, it's very very amazing!!!! So now the question, what sound card should I buy for this headphone. I watch movie 60% gaming 15% music 15% I want to maximize this headphone as much as possible, my budget for sound card is 300 usd.

Asus Xonar Essence STX 90. I have HD598s with the Xonar and it sounds amazing.

Same here. I have the Asus Xonar Essence STX and it is awesome with my pair of HD598s. Plus you can change the opamps on the Asus Xonar Essence STX to experiment with the sound. I am using stock opamps.
