Question I have strange Notepad Document called CorsairDram

So I set up my pc yesterday and I have a strange called CosairDram, It is strange as I do not have Corsair at all on my PC and I deleted it but it reinstalled with a windows update.

On the text document it says
dram.size() > 0
bGSkillRgb = F
bGSkillRgb = F
