i have the same problem but if i get the over clocked settings to minimum even lower than default it works but the performence

i have the same problem but if i get the over clocked settings to minimum even lower than default it works but the performence. can anyone help me in that case. why cant i reset it and why it crashes. whenever i play a game on default overclock settings it starts giving some wierd bars like things(on textures i.e In assassins creed the baes are on the arms legs buildings everything) and than suddenly my pc freezes with a constant sound from my speaker....
