Question I have Thermal throttling?

Hace poco actualice mi pc a i5 11400, 16gb ram 2666mhz, MB b560m a pro msi, rtx 3060 12gb oc, 600watt psu, pero mi cpu cooler es viejo y tiene un maximo de 40watts en tdp, en pubg todo en graficas medianas tengo cuelgues de fps de 140 a 80 no es normal para mi pc, y vi las temperaturas y el procesador en 40 de uso maeca temperaturas de 100 grados, en inactividad el procesador marca 50 grados eso no es normal no? Cuanto debo subir en oung en graficas medianas, crees que al actualizar mi refrigeracion los fps suben y van sin cuelgues?

Why would you even use a 40 watt cooler on that processor? What happened to the cooler that came with the 11400.

If the CPU cooler's spec actually says it's rated for 40W, then yes, you should change the cooler, because Intel lists the I5-11400 as a 65W CPU.

You need to buy a much better cooler.
That processor can go up to 154 watts.
