My first experience with their cases years ago was good. Quite a bit better than many cases I have or had used particularly at that point. For the most part I couldn't afford to get them so much as my desire to have them. I have done builds in more of their cases and last evening in the Lancool 205M Mesh model. (My main rig is in an 011D)
I am so wonderfully pleased at the quality of the cases, the finish, no sharp edges, and really well thought out front to back access on the motherboard tray. Alongside that quality aspect was the consideration they had to put actual ARGB PWM fans in the build instead of the much more common Molex connector type.
IMO the only other cases that I have been anywhere close to what I perceive as the quality and thoughtful design would be Corsair cases and to a lesser degree, Phanteks.
