Question I have two 32gb (4x8gb) RAM on my Prime Z390-P motherboard, but my system is only showing 16gb total ram. What do I do?

I cannot figure out why my computer isn't using all of the RAM. It says 16gb installed RAM - there's nowhere that says anything more. It seems I am only getting 8gb from each of my two RAM. Please help. I have the RAM installed in the A2 and B2 slots.

Nothing in slots 1 or 3. Im currently away from my computer but they are corsair vengeance 32gb rams (4x8gb)

Well, nevermind. The rams say on their label 32gb (4x8gb) but i searched up my receipt of my computer back in 2019 and it says i ordered two 8gb rams. I guess the labels are wrong on the ram? Sorry to waste your time, thank you for the help.

Possibly a kit of 4 but 2 was sold out of that kit, maybe pair kit wasn't available. Mixing ram can be dodgy if not bought together due to binning process.
