Question I have two laptops with the same resolution but the display is different...

I have a 14" Dell E6440 and an 11.6" HP Stream 11 Pro G3 which are both 1366 x 768 .

things look bigger on the Dell as if the resolution is very low like Chrome is bigger and shows bigger texts and pictures. However on the HP, things look very normal as if the resolution is higher...texts and pictures are smaller on chrome...

A bigger display with the same res will have bigger pixels so everything will be bigger. You could also take a look at scaling in display settings and see if they are both set at 100%.
