Question I have way lower FPS in CS:GO than my brother does with lower specs.

Hey,
My specs:
Intel core i5 3570k (oc'd to 4ghz)
GTX 960 4gb
SSD 860 EVO (csgo is installed on this one)
8 GB DDR3 RAM
And i have avg 140fps ingame, min is 90.

My brother specs:

Intel core i5 2400
AMD Radeon 7800
SSD 850 EVO (he has csgo installed on this one)
8 GB DDR3 RAM
He has 240 fps avg, min 190.

Im playing in 4:3 he plays in 16:9, same video settings and launch options in-game.
