Question i hear no sound but headphones work on other pc's

ive always used bluetooth headphones and when i got headphones today my realtek just says unplugged and when i go to another pc it works.



if i plug it into the back of my mother board not the front the realtek shows theres something and everything acts like it works but there is still no audio



ive went to far to completley resetting my pc but still no luck

ive also tried other head sets idk whats wrong

Did you just upgrade Windows to 2004 ?
