I installed AMD Ryzen Master to check my CPU temps, not to OC. Does AMD Ryzen Master auto OC your system because I don't want to OC my CPU. The funny thing is that it says 3.2 GHz on all my cores even though I touched nothing. Also, is AMD Ryzen Master profile deleted after I uninstalled AMD Ryzen Master.

Solution
Yes. The All-core boost speed is 3.2Ghz. Single core boost speed is 3.7Ghz. Base clock speed is 3.0Ghz. Totally normal.

Ryzen master does not overclock your CPU unless you CHOOSE to overclock it. If you do not choose to use it for overclocking, then it is simply a monitoring tool. Your core speeds fluctuate and boost normally, regardless of whether you have installed Ryzen master or not. Out of the box, the default configuration will boost and decrease CPU core speed based on load.

There are also BIOS options for enabling various CPU specific features such as the Precision boost overdrive. It would be advisable that you read up and educate yourself on the various features and options for your CPU. Some sources to do just that are available below.
