I tried installing my GPU(9070 xt pulse) today from a 2070 super. I did uninstall my previous gpu drivers. But when i booted it up nothing was showing up on my display. I checked to see if I plugged in the pcie wrong several times but I still got the same results.

I put my old GPU back in and it's powering on just fine. So I am wondering if this is because my 9070 xt is bad or an issue with my power supply.

Pc specs:
Ryzen 5700x3d CPU
Asus tuf x570 plus Mobo
Seasonic FOCUS GM-750 PSU

Solution
As someone who recently messed up a GPU install, check the PSU cables to the GPU, i connected them enough to get the card to turn on without getting a picture, check the conectors and make sure they click in.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Seasonic FOCUS GM-750 PSU
How old is the PSU in your build?

Have you tried dropping the RX 9070 XT into the lower PCIe x16 slot?

I have the latest bios version and my PSU is 5 years old. I don't think i have the space to plug it in bottom pcie.

make sure you are running 2 pci cables. 1 8 pin cable even if it has another connector only does 150w. you will need to use 2 seperate gpu power cables as these cards get direct power from the power supply on start up not the pci slot.
