hey,

i just installed my new CPU cooler from the normal one from intel to a
Cooler Master: Hyper 212 EVO.
before i was having temps from 35°C idle to 50-60°C when gaming.
now i am still at 35°C idle...

and yes i have applied new thermal paste

Those are the normal temperatures lol.
Temperature while idle: 30-40°C.
Temperature while gaming (medium) or multitasking (heavy): 40-50°C
Temperature while gaming (heavy) or using heavy video rendering apps: 50-65°C
The CPU are thought to be in the normal range until they're about 70°C on heavy gaming.
If ever your CPU goes up from 80°C, then that's a concern.
In everyday use it won't go higher than 60°C that too while gaming.
Occasional 65°C while gaming is ok.

Idle temps will only be a few degrees different, it's under load you should notice the difference really. If you don't get the temps you want under full load, remove it, remove the TIM and re-apply it, then reseat it again to see if that helps.

What processor is it by the way? If it's something like the new devil's canyon chips it'll run fairly hot anyway. Long as you don't go above 80+ under load you'll be fine
