I installed the new hard drive on my computer now its saying : Boot Device Not Found Please install an Operating System

The description pretty much describes my problem, I'm positive it's not hard drive failure cause I just installed a new one. I tried burning an ISO containing windows 10 on a disc and set my boot options to Internal Disk Drive booting first and put the disc in and restart my laptop but nothing happened and it went straight to that screen again. Im at a loss here what do i do now?

How did you burn it? It's pretty easy to do it wrong.

I'm almost positive I burned it wrong, whenever I used the burning program and monitored it it would get to 3.7 gigs and then stop and say there was an error. So I'm kind of at a loss of what I'm doing wrong
