Whenever I switch on my PC with the USB which has windows downloaded, the PC boots up to windows setup and when I click instal windows it shuts down. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!

Where did you source the installer for your OS? As for your platform, can you check and see what BIOS version you're on for your motherboard?

Try install Windows with just one memory stick. If that doesn't work, try the other stick.

So how do I check what BIOS version I have and I got My OS from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Remove one stick of ram from the motherboard then try to install. You can install it again after.

SILICON POWER has been around for awhile. NOT KNOWN FOR GOOD QUALITY products. Their storage options are horrible.

They make low budget. Typically ram is ram though and either works or doesn’t it seems.

Do you have another computer where you can stick this computers storage drive in and install windows from there then transfer the storage drive back to this computer?
Honestly in all my years I have never heard of this happening so my contributions will be guesses. However, I have done this potential fix before and as long as your storage drive isn’t faulty it should work and you’ll be able to boot into windows.
