I couldn't find any front panel connectors labeled for LED so how do I turn the LEDs on?

those are older style LED fans, not RGB.

they have a molex adapter that the 3-pin fan cable plugs into that powers the fan and it's LED.
without using the molex adapter, i don't think the LED will light up.

you would need to plug the fan into the larger 4-pin molex cable.
then plug that molex cable into your power supply.

if they are RGB fans, than they have two separate cables.
one for motor control(RPMs) and another for LED control(RGB).

unless the fans are a kit that can daisy chain together, you will need 5 RGB headers to plug them into.
if your case didn't come with an RGB hub, you will have to purchase one.

are the fan's LED cables 4-pin RGB or 3-pin aRGB?
