There are two types of PCI Express Port locks.
1.) You push in
2.) you pull down

Look at this thread for additional information on PCI Express Locks:

I know it is frustrating but you really need to take your time with this.

I HIGHLY recommend getting an LED headband. It makes working on computers soooooooooooooo much easier and in this case I think it could save you from breaking your motherboard. It should HELP GREATLY in locating your PCI Express Lock. You can find them for about $12-$15 at Lowe's or Walmart

H81M what? Gigabyte, ASUS? There will be a lever, or a tab that you need to either flip or push over. Your video card is hiding it. As GPU have gotten larger these tabs / levers have become more and more of a problem, and become harder and harder to get to. Google your exact motherboard, and and you will be able to see what you are dealing with. There will be a retainer there of some sort.

you sure you already unscrewed the screw that holds the card in its place? the one at the back near the gpu outputs?
if you already do that maybe you need a bit more power to pull it off,
also the lever is actually just a bit at the right side of the pci-e slot, you are supposed to press it to unlock the card from the slot
see if that helps :)

Mu motherboard is from asus. I really cant find any sort pf lever i dont know whats wrong maybe i broke it or something.. i just cant find the lever i was trying 45 mins straight to find it

Ok in this link ASUS H81M-A you can see the button / lever needs to be pushed down. Sometimes the card almost blocks these so you need to push down on the button/lever as you gently pull up. Don't force anything. But it will take a small amount of force.

Best I can tell all the from all the photos the H81M-C and -E motherboards all use that same style lever. You just need to push down on it.

or maybe take a photo from your board, we could possibly help you to find the tabs for it, bigger cards mean harder to reach the lever
i remember at some boards when you pull the card out the lever will hold it down and if you pull slightly more it will automatically release itself, but for yours i dont know
