I just clean installed Win 10 on a new SSD in my older Dell XPS 8100 i7-860 h57 5 series chipset have a few questions!

I just got Win 10 installed and my SSD installed everything is OK! Just want to be sure I have correct drivers, net framework, Intel programs, and etc! Anyway I can make sure I have correct drivers and programs installed to get the most out of my system? I wish there was a checklist for new installations! LOL! Any help, advice, or info what so ever would be great! Thanks!

If you have a graphics card, go to the respective company's website and download the newest. If not, you're likely done, just enjoy
