I just finished my computer build and i need to reboot it

No, i was in boot menu and pressed exit and closed computer.

Ok, I don't fully understand what you mean. Did you install Windows, and when it was finished expanding files, etc., did it reboot after 10 seconds? At this point you should have removed the installation CD/USB, and allowed Windows to complete the installation?

in the newer efi bios. go to the boot tab. when your there there three settings now that have to be checked. one is the boot order. by default the hard drive devices are number one. you have to change this to cd rom if your booting off the dvd. if your booting from a usb stick you have to go to hard drive devices in the boot tab and set the usb stick as device one.
