I just got a bsod

I was just browsing the web and my computer bsod and I got this error attempted write to readonly memory is it a ram problem?

BSOD's happen, but if you want to make sure hit Win+r and run "mdsched.exe". Let it restart and do it's memory test.

its more likely a driver problem, update motherboard drivers.
can also run Driver Booster and see what it finds.
