Solution
should there be performance improvement? performance was already fixed in 23H2, 24H2 on top of it just brings some parts of kernel coded in rust, that is just tiny perf increase

You have BIOS updates pending. Flash to the latest BIOS version then clear the CMOS.

You state not seeing any performance uplifts, what games are we talking about here?

You can try running DDU, to remove all GPU drivers (Intel, Nvidia and AMD)in Safe Mode, then manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU.

Quantify:

What performance measurements are being made?

What is the + and - accuracy of those measurements?

What tools are being used to measure performance?

What are the "before" and "after" values of those measurements?

What were the expected/required improvements?

Consider that any measurable or noticable performance measurements could be being masked by other factors and limitations.

As noted in the two preceding posts: "improvement" can have different meanings.
