I replaced the motherboard on a HP s5610y PC desktop and I get a "Windows Error Recovery". I've tried all these options. 1) Start normally.. 2) Start Repair option..3) Start Recovery option..4) System Restore..5)Start Repair using a Windows 7 OS disc. And yet I can't get it to Start Up normally. What Am I missing or doing wrong?

You replaced your motherboard. Lots of times you need to fresh install windows, after changing mobo.

Here's something you can do though.

Go into bios and make sure your first boot device is the SATA disk, and not USB drive or something. Change the 1st boot device to the OS disk your windows is in.
