Question i just upgraded to a Ryzen 2700X but for my feeling it underpreforms

some how i get low fpf and my cpu is at 50-60% even though my gpu is +-96-99% (sometimes even lower on some games) anyone knows how to fix it?
Note: if i would lower graphical settings it doesn't change FPS

What are your full specifications including gpu?

Most games wont use all cores leading to under 100% cpu usage, even if the gpu isnt limiting the cpu.

What are your cpu and gpu temp?

CPU: amd ryzen 7 2700X
Ram: Hyperx Predator RGB DDr4 8 gb DIMM 288-PIN - 3000 MHz
GPU: RTX 2060 6gb VRam

Temp values
GPU with game running in background 50 degrees celcius
CPU same conditions 48,38 degrees celcius

previous system :
Mobo: msi z9A7 gaming
ddr3 Ram 1600 mhz
CPU: intel core I5 4460 3,2 ghz
GPU: RTX2060

You need to reinstall windows after going from Intel to AMD.

Your 2060 will limit a 2700x, so i wouldnt expect 100% cpu usage.

did a clean reinstall of windows
but is 33 fps for planet coaster normal for this rig?

Yup just installed the drivers today, ultra settings on 1920x1080
and yeah i know still need to buy one of the same ram sticks

it varies per game planet coaster is like maybe 60%.. or not even
PSU: Thermalltake Smart rgb 600W
game from steam

And the thermaltake smart is probably not the cause, but its not ideal for a 2060.
